Product Cancellation:
There are some of the shipping conditions beyond our control, such as weather, mail delays and customs. If your product has not been shipped after 25 days, we will give you a 100% refund immediately.(The refund will be returned to the account within 7 working days)
Damaged on Arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at [email protected] After verifying support and confirming the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.
Defective or damaged after use by the manufacturer.
You have 30 days after your product arrives to report any problems with your product and if the product does not fit your phone (or condition that you ordered the right style), you can return it to us and we will refund the amount you can reorder your new product.
Change of opinion.
You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it to us. If you want to process you need to contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the return address, please remember that we only accept return packages for products that are unused, undamaged and need to remain in their original package.
Exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. Please remember that to exchange your product, your product must be unused and you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support staff at [email protected] to help you with this process.
Incorrect products.
If you receive the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at your expense and we will give you a 100% refund.
